All orders placed through our website are prepaid.

Once your payment is successfully received, we will process and prepare your order for dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched after the product has been verified and packed for shipment.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination entered at checkout:

• Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai: 5–7 business days

• Other locations within Maharashtra: 6–8 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed after you enter your delivery pincode during the checkout process. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order details, package weight, and applicable courier rates.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct pincode, mobile number, and other necessary details.

We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment tracking details may be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order details so that we can check the shipment status with the applicable courier service.

7. Damaged Package

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to check the package and, where possible, document the condition of the package before accepting or opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs/videos of the package and product.
