Refund Policy

At Law Books, all orders are prepaid, and customers are not required to pay cash on delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

1. Product Returned at Buyer’s Cost:
   If the buyer wishes to request a refund for an eligible reason, the product must be safely delivered back to the seller at the buyer’s own cost. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

2. Shipment Not Released by Seller:
   If payment has been received but the seller has not released or dispatched the shipment, the buyer may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds will not be processed until the returned product is received and inspected by the seller.

• The cost of returning the product to the seller is the buyer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

• Products that are used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

• Once a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment gateway/bank processing timelines.

• Shipping and other applicable charges may be non-refundable unless the order was not released by the seller.

Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will generally not be provided where the buyer simply changes their mind after the order has been dispatched, unless the product is returned to the seller at the buyer’s cost and meets the applicable return conditions.
